The Silent Realities of Retirement
Retirement is often imagined as a time of rest, yet for many it becomes a period of silent struggle—marked by loneliness, financial strain, and growing health challenges. Through my own observations, I have come to see that aging with dignity requires not only family support, but stronger community systems and collective responsibility
